Is Kelley Fox Arrested?
Kim is 49-years-old now and she is the state’s attorney. Kim said that she didn’t abuse or slap Kelly, instead, she just touched him and that too just to get him out of the house. According to Kim, she was trying to get Kelly out of the house. On the other hand on the incident night, Kelly called 911 and asked the officers to come to their house which is in South Suburb. Kelly called 911 after 10 pm. According to Kelly, Kim threw his video game controller, locked him in the bathroom, and also slapped him hard in the face. After asking the officers to come to his house, four officers were sent to help Kelly. After requests, the information was released by the officers, and it was said that Kim slapped and abused Kelly. According to the reports from the officers that came to rescue, Kelly said that firstly Kim locked him in the bathroom and when he tried to rescue Kim grabbed his collar. Kim also threw kelly’s video game controller and then slapped him hard on Kelly’s face, When asked about which side, Kelly said it was his left cheek. Upon checking the officers did not find any traces of redness or swelling. According to Flossmoor police, this was the first time they responded to a domestic violence case. And according to the reports by officials, Kelly and Kim have been together for 20 years and they never ever had a physical abuse or fight. Kim even said that her husband might have called the police to threaten her and make her fear him. Although none of them were arrested and the police went away after investigating. Investigators from the Foxx executive protection unit asked the police to interrogate if they feel the necessity and they officially released a statement that the matter is personal and they wanted privacy in the matter.
