Sapna Chaudhary’s Arrest Warrant Withdrawn
Sapna reached the court secretly on the 19th of September 2022 at the Court of Additional Court Shantanu Tyagi. The arrest warrant that was issued in 2021 was dragged until now, The court earlier on Monday ordered that Sapna should be taken into custody while after keeping her into custody, Sapan is sad to have gone away from custody. Many people are getting angry with this issue. The Last year of November, a warrant was issued against her by Shantanu Tyagi, Judicial Magistrate and she was accused of not showing up at an event which was held in Lucknow as Sapna promised and agreed to the organizer and to the audiences as well.
Sapna Chaudhary Released On Bail After Arrest
On the 13th of October 2018, Sapna was asked to attend an event and she agreed to do so. Sapna was asked to attend the event which was held at the Smriti Upwan Venue and the tickets for the event were sold at the cost of 300 rupees per person. There were thousands of people who were waiting for her at the event and were her fans who wanted to see her. But as she did not show up, chaos was created and many people started demanding their money back. While it is also said that Spana herself took money from many people and from the organizer as well for her performance but did not turn up at the event at the initiation of the show,
Why Was Sapna Chaudhary Arrested?
A case was filed against her by inspector Firoze khan at the Ashiana Police station in Lucknow and she was charged for not showing up. The audience got angry even more when Sapna did not even return the money or clarified the reason behind her absence from the event. The court issued a non-bailable warrant against Sapna on the 23rd of August 2022 but she failed to appear in court. Soon after the warranty was issued to her on Monday by the judge, Sapna was released after the warrant was taken back. The next hearing in the court is said to be occurring on the 9th of September 2022. This is not the first time Sapna is in controversy, she also misled Delhi funds fraud earlier.
