The video was shot in a New York club where Ned was seen kissing Alex and they were dancing together. The video gained heat in no time and people started mocking Ned for his behaviour while he had his wife and his children by his side. Later when the video gained much popularity, Alex unfollowed Ned from her Instagram account and she went off from her social media for a while. Earlier to the video controversy or the video leak online, Ned was absent from many of the Try Guys videos which were aired in the month of September, and just not that, he was also removed from the intro of the try guys videos. Fans who watch their videos constantly knew that something fishy is cooking and they even started speculating. Later the reason for Alex being in an affair with Ned came out. Later the team apologized for the absence of Ned from the videos, and they also posted individually that Ned won’t be joining YouTube or any other community posts online, as he is quitting Try Guys now and this same thing was also posted by the Try Guys official pages.

Speaking about Alex, she is was working with the food Babies for a long time now and from a film production or promotion, The Tyr Guys and Alex met and they then started working together. Earlier when Alex met the try guys she said that she was a fan of the team and that being with them without any script and in person was amazing for her. Alex had her degree in communications and Anthropology from the University of Hawaii and she later became an associate producer of the Try guys, she works for the food babies as well.
