This murder case was lodged in the year 2021 but now it is once again in the news after the decision of the court. As per the report, 67-years-old lady Sevilay Palabiyik was assassinated at the hands of her daughter, Tugce Sayin. The 35-years-old daughter beheaded her mother and put the head in the pot after that she scraped the meat off of her leg and then kept it. She is having bipolar disorder but it is not sufficient to constitute a mental illness for the present crime. The confession of the sufferer was made 2 days after the incident was reported. The sufferer has a wit-signed statement. It looks like her statement was not mentioned in the account and we are demanding from the court a criminal complaint to lodge against the negligent officer. But police did not take the matter seriously and on 24th May 2021, the accused Tugce Sayin killed her mother and beheaded her.
